Jenalee was great to work with throughout the home buying process. She interfaced great with our real estate agent, and was always there to answer questions and give updates as they arose. Would definitely recommend to first time home buyers like myself. I will be using her services next time I’m looking into buying/selling/refi.

Communication was excellent! When everything is done online due to Covid, you need a mortgage company that explains all the forms to you and is very responsive to any questions you have. Jenalee kept me posted on all steps of the refi process and was extremely helpful, as was everyone I spoke with at NW Mortgage Advisors. Also, she was present at the closing, which my husband and I appreciated very much.
